is there a such a thing called Cancelled transaction for Inventory Adjustment, Item receipt, item fulfillment and work order issue, when the it's wrong PO or wrong SO. we want to keep track of the transaction so we don't want to delete them. we do delete right now but we need a better solution.

I like to think of those transactions as off or on. There is no pending or anything else. It is on or off.

Inventory Adjustment has no native approvals. Only thing I've seen is a fake Inv. Adjust that is actually a custom record. That is then run through an approval workflow,

there is a partner out there that builds approval for all transactions, maybe i need to ask them

I don’t think a custom transaction will have the same inventory impact as an inventory adjustment does. It will hit the JE but not the inventory count or related asset account.

Apparently you can reverse the item receipt if you have WMS and I can void IA if void transaction using reversing journal is turned off, so that solves 2 out of 4 transactions
