Good afternoon, has anyone using SSO/SAML with Google ever experienced an issue where their users very clearly have access to Production and Sandbox, but their Sandbox roles do not show up? This isn't a browser issue since we've cleared caches, and restarted machines, and the issue has persisted for days....

@bcwhits I have with Release Preview and it started around 2021.1. Basically what we have to do is a CSV import to remove the access (give access = false) to everyone (except yourself), then re-add all the roles. It's only for the SAML SSO roles that we are seeing this (we use Okta). I've entered a couple of cases with Netsuite support, but there was no resolution. I don't recall if we have generated a new IDP file and uploaded it to Netsuite...which could be the culprit. Hope that helps and let me know if you do figure it out.
