Does anyone know how to easily get a report/list of all licensed users? We can get a list of all employees, and a list of ‘All’ users, but not a list of who is using up a licence frmo our allocation

Setup / User/Roles / Manage Users will give you a report of all users with a role in netsuite - if they have a role, they have access, and are using a license. You can export and pivot (as you can have multiple roles but only use one license)

Thanks for this Flynn, unfortunately this includes users who are not using up licences (Employee Centre only etc), there isn’t an easy way to know which roles use up an actual licence

Emp Center is its own license type. There are full & emp center. Do you have multiple roles for emp center if not you could just filter out employee center role. I also suppose you could run the manage roles canned report and see what type of center a role uses, any roles that have employee center, or customer center would not count against Full licenses.

Employee saved search with Inactive = F and Login access = T works for us, as we don't use Employee Center. Adding Role : Center Type "none of" employee center, etc might work

to manage how many licenses we have i have a dashboard KPI that shows me number of licenses used, maybe you can create one so you can keep any eye on it
