Here's a complicated one for you: Saved Search... Need to find out the time between to system notes dates. Scenario: [FieldA] is a drop down, and an order will progress thought the dropdown 'stages' (1>2>3>4>5) We need to know how long the order was in stage1. Only way I can think of is to get the system notes datetime of when it was [stage1] and compare that to when it went to [stage2] Cant think how to do this is a Formula field. Only need to be dynamic, and we dont want more custom fields to hold the 'stage1 'set' datetime value (which would be another approach) Any ideas will be much appreicated. Thanks
