Hello, is it possible to control Date

field in Item Fulfillment record? We have custom fields in our Item Fulfillment record which holds various shipment tracking information, and is very often updated after the Item Fulfillment is marked as Shipped. What we are noticing is that the Date field is auto-updated to the date when the other custom fields are updated. can the Date field be somehow setup to stop auto-updating once the Item Fulfillment has been shipped?
