Does Netsuite support import / export of orders through XML files? Like drag and drop for order confirmations etc?

You can use SOAP request/responses to import orders (it uses XML files). I'm not sure about the Drag and Drop (I assume you mean the Drag and Drop bundle). I know DnD bundle errors if it is an HTML file and they do not have that permission.
