On a custom case form I am trying to update some lables under the Related Records tab, but creating new cases doesn't pick up the lable name. Missing something?

Did you apply the name change to all the forms?

If you changed it for the current form, then thats all you should need to do. I'd double check you changed the right thing.

Oh wait, someone just confirmed they see the update. Maybe it's my cache or something that needs clearing.
