Dont smack me for this question....I know it is slightly silly but I told my colleague I would ask. For obvious reasons, we have our sandbox setup to "SEND EMAIL TO LOGGED IN USER". Well, we are on-boarding a new subsidiary and the executive team, project sponsor, and department heads want to have a handful of Saved Searches automatically delivered to them. (think Count of Testers logins, Count of Records created by type, etc) Does anyone know a way to get a group the saved search without creating a copy of the same search 'x' times (one for each employee)?
k
you can always change the policy to send emails to a static email and then forward based on email contents.
n
yeah, we chatted about that but it impacts the test scenarios for the end users (testing mailing invoices, customer statements, etc)
k
ok - create a fake email user - set them as owner of the search and then schedule it? with a forward rule in place?

Good thought. I am going to try that. I may have to deactive their login access due to lack of licenses but I am going to give that a try!
