Hi, guys. Does anyone have issues when they are transferring objects from sandbox to production? We usually use SuiteBundle to achieve it for several times, but this time, even though we can see the bundle from sandbox at production, when we hit the "Install" button to start installing, it shows the error message of "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." The only component we have is a custom record type, and it is an active custom record. Just wondering what might be the causes.

There might be some dependency missing, contact NS support, they can see what the error is

Are you migrating custom record instances as well? If so, how many? I've seen this blow up if too many records are moved
also, have you tried the new export to account functionality? I know that's not really what you're asking, but it could close the functional gap in the meanwhile

Hi, @Nicole Suess. I am only migrating the record without instance. I actually was able to get the hold of NetSuite support today, and they provide me more description with the error. It turned out to be the Chinese characters that we have in the Sandbox for this record. It was resolved after we changed all the texts to English.
