I'd like to have a pop up appear on a transaction form when a user clicks a "Reject" button, so the reason for the rejection can be captured and then recorded on a custom field. Has anyone done this before or does anyone have any advice on how to achieve this?

Do you, or somebody at your company, know SuiteScript?

This is a pretty quick suitescript for sure. I've done this a ton of times for people.

I’ve done it as a workflow but it’s not a pop up. Redirects to another screen but similar workflow as a pop up just a new page

Yeah you can't do prompts with workflows. This exact scenario has to be scripted.

Square work has a nice approval bundle if you want to consider that, it’s like $3000 per year though

I've completed my first suitescript recently so pretty new at that. @creece do you have an example you could share so I can see if I can mould to my needs? Thanks.
