Can you create a custom field for emails?

Can you say that differently? Like you need a custom field with an email type? that's pretty basic, but yes you can do that. If you are needing a field for say, multiple emails, kinda sorta but not really.

I need to have a field I can put a list of invoices to reference when sending out an email. Just don't see "Email" as a record option when creating a custom field

So you are wanting the email message to be displayed in a custom field on multiple invoices?

sorry, no when on a customer when you click email and try to send an email, i want a field i can add text to that is not the message field
