Is there a way for me to set up a user account that will exclusively be pulling data using ODBC, but have their password never expire? I'm building some automations and don't want them to start failing over time

I'm sure it's not the best way to do it but we have the same thing. We set up a user account specifically for ODBC use with its own legitimate email address. I then have a reminder task on my calendar where essentially I go in and "reaffirm" the password in the NetSuite user account. This saves us from having to change it on a dozen different documents every time it expires.

How do you manage to set it back to the same password? Doesn't NetSuite force you to use a different one?

you can use a pre-existing password if you do it as admin, I think. That's a good way to do it, thanks @Manda
