We have some workflows created by 3rd party, and it is not moved to production yet. We are planning to do a sandbox refresh. Is it possible to reinstall the bundle in Sandbox account as we don’t want to mess with the Production account?

Once refreshed you should be able to re-install any bundle. In some cases you may need to reach out to the developer to get authorization to install in that environment. Since it is already installed, they have included your SB account on their deployment our list of authorized environments, so you should be able to simply install
