Hi all, what does the "- My Team -" in the Assigned To attribute of Cases filters actually mean?

Yes, my understanding was the same. But does it actually work? Is there any other setup to be done apart from setting the Supervisor in Employee records? Thanks

No, NetSuite will check your Employee Record to see who your direct reports are and will create what is essentially an ad hoc Employee Group that contains you and your direct reports to return only results that match the group. This behavior can’t be customized without scripting, as far as I know.
