Does anyone know a way disable the "Feedback" option in the top right. I have subsidiaries thinking it means something by clicking on it and I keep having to tell users that I dont get those messages. It's gotten so bad that we put it in the employee handbook / on-boarding and nobody pays attention. Then I get emails from directors, VP's, and C level for our subsidiaries saying "People have been complaining about 'x' for months"

If I weren't using cases, I would be tempted to create a custom record - then it can be actioned/stored/reviewed/reported on so users can get a closed feedback loop.
Then at least it goes from "hey don't put anything in this box" to "hey this is the box you put feedback in"

Glad we are on the same page @KevinJ of Kansas. I actually created a mini ticket module using SuiteBuilder to manage this (as we use case management as well) but people still just go to feedback. HA!
