does anyone know why a particular PDF would be different for different role? Customer service, Warehouse manager and VP Engineering sees a different form then Purchasing, finance and production. Same forms are defaulted on their roles

Check if the form has the setting Store Form with Record. That’s the form that will override the users default form.
