Does anyone know if there's a way to link a Knowledge Base's topics to a Case record ? We'd like to track how often different product issues come up and these are already recorded as topics should it would be good if there was an inbuilt link between them and cases

Can probably put in a custom field on your cases tied to the knowledge base list.

As far as I know, you can only do this through solutions. We attach solutions to our cases and publish/tag solutions under different topics in our KB.

I don't think you can use suitebuilder to customize the topics record.
