Hi everyone! We are an ad agency that went live about a year ago. We are now going through ACS and are realizing we should have gotten the WIP bundle from the start. Has anyone implemented WIP at a later date? I am in the accounting dept. Which WIP will no doubt benefit but I'm wondering how this may affect other departments (rollout was already painful for most of the agency). Will teams creating estimates need to relearn new items, how to create estimates, insertion orders, timesheets, etc? I realize it's somewhat dependent on company structure but just looking for anyone who has gone through something similar!
