Hi, I'm trying to use the 'Unapplied' field in the Credit memo to create a saved search and it is not showing that field while creating it, Could anyone please let me know, if you're aware of it. Thank you.

I think it's called Amount Remaining for the transaction saved search

Hi @Chloë, Thanks for your response, I have created the saved search with Amount remaining and it is showing different amounts for some credit memos. Could you please let me if there is any way we can calculate that field or If I miss something, Thank you.

You could calculate it as

Amount - Amount Paid

, but that should just equal

Amount Remaining

(unless the Credit Memo has been closed/voided?) My only other thought is if you're running multiple currencies, in which case you may want to be referencing

Amount Remaining (Foreign Currency)

and

Currency
