Hi, our Accounting team uses the Print Checks and Forms often and today I received a ticket saying they can't save the file. It keeps rendering as a .nl file when we try to download. I tried changing the extension and keep getting a network error. Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Created a ticket with NetSuite but hoping to have this resolved today or tomorrow. Any tips?

There should be a download option in the upper right once you hover over the PDF that is displayed in the browser.

Nm i see what you are saying. Hit the print button and then you can save it as a PDF.

thanks for your help @creece. I did that as well and it seems it is causing the barcode to condense. I'll go back to accounting and say "do you want it now or do you want it right" 🙂
