I've been on netsuite since 2016 and it's the first for this specific bundle from netsuite. Sometimes these things happen and it's really hard to prepare for it. Our accounting team recognized it immediately, stopped the ACH payment through the bank, and we communicated to our associates internally (we process expense reports through ACH). The only thing we really could do was push netsuite to get it resolved. So when they asked us the impact, I said millions of $ (though not true, but it got resolved the next day).
