Anyone know what the permission is to add the New Purchase Order option to the new bar on a Vendor record? I have it as Admin, but don't know what to give the customized role so they can see it.

I think the Role would already have this permission being Transactions > Purchase Order > Create Allows usage of the Enter Purchase Orders task. The Create New > Personalize doesn't have it?

No, create New -> personalize doesn't... And yes, they can create purchase orders the other way. Just looking for that added shortcut.

My concept model is that the available options are driven by the user's permissions. I just read SA18399 which implies it has another requirement to do with choice of a custom form assuming they have used Opportunity as an example.

Thanks. That's where I was heading as well, but I use the same form as Administrator as they do for Purchasing... just a different role.
