Hi, What are the implications of removing an admin role from a user? (scripts, workflows, integrations, etc...)
This user is the main admin user of our environment...

Are you just removing the role or are you inactivating them as an employee
I have had a lot of trouble with workflows and integrations when transferring main Admins
Any WF with saved search criteria stops working if the saved search used is not shared with the Admin role or public
Also if integrations are using the old Admins credentials to access the system then they will stop working as well until you reauthenticate using different credentials

Odd, I've never had those problems. The integrations one makes sense- and I always advise my clients to have an integration user instead of using a user for an integration because people come and go.

Granted - I always make my Scheduled Workflow searches public anyways.

as @KevinJ of Kansas said it is the best practice to keep all the scheduled searches public and use specific integration user instead of named user. I never had problem due to those practices

Hi, Is there a way to locate all records that are under the specific admin?
