We've gone through the details of this ticket and after investigating on my end, I've confirmed that the Serial Number for the support_incidents table is unsupported field for ODBC or it is not available and a current limitation.
We can verify this by going to NetSuite's ODBC Connect Browser > S >
Support_Incidents
The Serial Number field is not available in this table.
