Has anyone been successful pulling in the standard Serial Number field off Support Cases into PowerBI or Crystal Reports via SA Connect? For some reason I am having a very hard time getting this onto my reports
update for anyone who may search this later "Hello Victoria, Good day! I hope this email finds you well. We've gone through the details of this ticket and after investigating on my end, I've confirmed that the Serial Number for the support_incidents table is unsupported field for ODBC or it is not available and a current limitation. We can verify this by going to NetSuite's ODBC Connect Browser > S > Support_Incidents The Serial Number field is not available in this table. Kindly also see attached for the actual ODBC table screenshot."
