Could someone explain how the safety stock level works? quantity available is what we use as the figure to push to the website and therefore wondering how the safety stock level reduces that number or how we can reduce that number?

Safety stock works together with the demand planning feature. It tells NetSuite when to recommend purchasing more of that item. I’m not sure if there are native implications for website behavior - I would assume that it would require some type of customization.
