Hello, I am seeing that some of the Item Receipts is sourcing the Rate field on the line level from the Purchase Order and is Editable, however, some other Item Receipts are not sourcing the Rate field as well as they can not be edited at all. Does anyone know the reason for this discrepancy?

The item type and subtype control the behavior here.

for purchase items typically do not allow you to modify the rate. I would look to SuiteAnswers for more specifics on item types.
