hi, I have an order with a physical item on it (has enough inventory). Once the order is approved, it directly goes to Pending Billing status, and there is no Fulfill button either. Does anyone know what is the issue with this order?

Are you sure there arent like 2 items with the same name but differnt types maybe?

there is only 1 item on this order, and the item is an Assembly. I couldn't find any other item with the same itemName

What do the Qty columns show in the so? Is fulfilled = 0.? Any Related Records? Does the Items On Hand/Available change? Can you replicate this with a new SO?

Qty, Qty Committed had the right number. picked, packed and fulfilled were all empty as no item fulfillment was generated. No other related records either.
