06/03/2021, 5:09 PMThe image seems to show when the email is put into forward mode, but the image does not show upon initial receipt of the email.

06/03/2021, 7:38 PMNo idea on that one. The sending out initial is what i'd expect to show up which it does. Why it goes to a blank image after that is beyond me

06/03/2021, 9:48 PM@Eric Shouler what link do you use to source the image? I notice that sometimes NS templates replace the special characters and break the link. Check what actually is saved in the template.
