Need a sanity check with print templates. I am working in a production only account so have to work cautiously. Goal is to update the vendor credit print form. I started by creating a new advanced html/pdf template, saved, then created a new custom transaction form, and set this template as the print form. Updated the form on the record, clicked print, and it’s still showing the old form. Also tried making the new form preferred with no impact. Seems odd to me. Any other ideas?

When you customize the new form, make sure on the print/pdf template drop down you have checked your custom form
