is there a bundle/SuiteApp that would tell you more about deleted record then just Transaction number and date and who deleted it.

I know Strong point monitors customizations, I'm not sure if it offers any added details for records though. https://www.strongpoint.io/netsuite-how-does-it-work I was a NS admin for an end user implementing it, and remember it being a little unpolished, this was 3+ years ago so they might have improved it and added more features. Sorry for the "this probably doesn't work, but might" answer, but it was the one thing that came to mind

Yeah, as I said not sure if they track records, but if you already have it worth asking about record deletion tracking
