Is there an easy way to get a listing of short cuts saved by each user? I'm in the process of taking inventory of saved searches and reports that my users use. Other than asking users what they use and sorting by last run date, does anyone have any tips on how best to identify searches for deletion? I'm trying to clean up as much crap as possible.

You shouldn't even need to ask initially. Just do a saved search of type "saved search" and you could do the last run etc.. and come up with some criteria. Maybe do anything thats public first and anything marked private may be a case by case.

@creece that's a good start for sure. the problem is that the owner of the co. is always poking around and gets confused by all the searches, so busts my chops on getting rid of almost all of them. fun, fun, fun...
