When doing a CSV import of custom list values, what does this error mean, exactly?

One of the columns [id, name] must be mapped in the CUSTOMLIST import

I'll be honest, if its long enough to require an import I tend to use custom records

I would too, but I inherited this implementation-in-progress and it's too late now to change things >.<
