If it's a Transaction Body Field, it may be available in Lists > Management > Mass Updates.

Might have to import to a custom record joined to the WO then use a workflow to update the Work Order
Also I’d you make a transaction saved search with Type= WO and Main Line = True. You can use inline editing to quickly update that field. It’s very similar to working direct in Excel. It even has a nice “copy down” feature if you need to do multiple line with the same value

@AI1 Thank you, I thought about this option but company decided we can just do it manually, as we had interns starting, so they did it manually.

@Luis, I think he is talking about Drag the same value like you would in Excel.

@Luis the copy down isn’t exactly like excel but it is close. It’s a little tricky to get to work but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty simple
On your first try I recommend doing a free form text field or long text field. Follow these steps exactly
1. In your saved search turn on Inline Edit
2. Select the field you want to edit in the TOP row of all the results
. Usually you can only inline edit custom fields
1. Type the value you want
2. Press and hold shift
3. Scroll down to the BOTTOM row of the result and click the same field you are updating. (You will see a dashed outline appear around all selected values)
4. Hit the Enter key once
5. The value from the top row will be copied down to all the selected rows
(As a note I’ve seen this not work in some cases where you have selected a lot of rows. Usually I try to keep it around 50-75 rows at a time. Also date fields are finicky when doing this as well)
