Does anyone know how to change the from email address “<mailto:nlmailer@notification.netsuite.com|nlmailer@notification.netsuite.com>”? We are rolling out a customer portal and then notifications our system is sending out comes from this address and we want to make sure people aren’t ignoring it and flagging it as spam.

You might be better off with an independent notification via workflow.

So create a workflow that would allow send out the email to the customer instead of a system generated message?

The system generated message will still go out

but you could at least let them know to look for it and provide instructions to reset their password in case it gets blocked by their filters
