How does one ship package to Puerto Rico? FedEx FedEx.com thinks it international but when I call FedEx to get AES # they say it’s domestic, when I get transferred to domestic then they say it’s international

@Suitestallion we set them up using Int'l Economy or Int'l Priority service using FedEx's website to generate the label

So you don’t use NetSuite integration?

We do for domestic services but not yet for international. Tried turning it on along with domestic but clearly had some kinks that needed to be worked out and haven't revisited yet. Low volume for us
