04/27/2021, 11:00 AMNot inactive. Scratching my head. Initially the form was copied from Production into Development account (works fine in production). I created a fresh straight-copy of the Standard form in development (which is the one you are seeing here) and it's no better.

04/27/2021, 7:25 PMTo clarify, that drop down in your screenshot doesn't show templates... it shows forms. Browse to your forms (not advanced templates) and find the statement form. Customize the standard one and tell it to point to your advanced template. Then your newly customized form should show up in your drop down list.

05/04/2021, 9:37 AM3 years of NetSuite and never realised that Statements were a form, not just a PDF... Genius! That has resolved my issue thank you!
