Hi, Is there a way to set More than 25 Records in the drop drown in the Approve Vendor Payment or Approve Bill Page?

Should be in your user preferences. Change the list size there.

I have this set: But, it doesn't seem to affect child records of custom records. Is there a setting for that?

I found it as a enhancement in NetSuite. There is no Relationship between the Set Preferences and Approval Pages list. Its Sucks.
