Has anyone ever experienced a corrupted employee record in NS before? Just curious if I am alone in this weird scenario
backstory: i've had it happen once like 6 years ago at my old job, but just experienced 7 total of them recently. the employees were completely unable to interact with certain fields on a case., there were no errors, just dropdowns from mandatory fields appearing blank, etc. we spent weeks with NS support. it wasn't any scripts, workflows, roles, permissions, etc. it also wasn't working with standard, non-scripted forms in their QA environment, not in ours, etc. Eventually, they confirmed the problem was with the employee records although there were no error messages, etc. related to it. They offered to attach it to the defect which we said yes to, but the only interim solution we could find is to just re-create the employees.
