Hello, how can I find a saved search that I know exists but can’t get to show up in any list or saved search. Another admin created the searches and has since left. I have a workflow that uses one as a criteria so I know it exists, but I can’t pull it up anywhere. The last time this happened I had to call him to log into his old account to get me the internal ID so that I could plug it in manually to the URL

You should be able to go to the list view where you can see all saved searches and filter by the previous person. There should also be an option to view all private saved searches. If you are then an admin you can go in and edit and change to yourself or someone else.

Shoot I swear I tried that like 3 times already. But now it worked. Thanks for the help @karlenigma I guess I just needed someone to tell me it was real in order to find it.
