I'm pretty new to the APM tool seeking help on how to resolve this. One PO I tried to view took 40 seconds just to load which is simply unacceptable. Knowing that it's a server issue, what is the next step to fix this?

Try the same one again and see if it's a caching issue first
Prod or sandbox?
Keep in mind that user event scripts and workflows can contribute to this time

I tried viewing it again it dropped to 29 seconds which is still very bad. Also I've turned off almost every workflow so I don't think it's the problem. here's a bit more info
