has anyone experienced their custom transaction forms being altered even without editing it? For example there's a Spain Reporting and France Reporting tab in all of our transactions forms which we always have to uncheck to clean up the form. But now upon checking it's checked again even though we didn't edit it.

tinfoil sometimes when bundles or modules update it can reset what is visible on the Form?

Happens to me on our Bank Entity form every time electronic banking bundle is updated. I think I logged a case like 2 years ago - might have been a Unever on NS dev scale.
