if you are asking if you can reassign the owner of a saved search to someone else.. I have an admin role that allows me to reassign the owner..

Can you do that in Bulk? I can manually go in and change the owner but there is a lot i need to change

I have not tried this.. past creating the saved search.. u can create a saved search for saved searches by a particular owner.  It did not show inline editing was available.. so i would assume it could be done via script. I am fairly new to NS as well.. maybe someone  has experienced this..
