Hi! I want to know if there is a way to see if the balance field on the customer object under the subtab "financial" was changed? I need to know this in order to triger a workflow and an intergration.

By customer object do you mean customer record? Anyway, I'm thinking you can use the system info and look for the lines with Change value in Type and the specific field you're looking for. Can't give any specific steps after that but hope it's a step forward.
