Has anyone used a workflow to set certain shipping address fields as mandatory during sales order entry?
I realize this can be done on the address form level, but we're using oneworld and would cause issues with other subsidiaries so I am looking at workflow. Specifically trying to set Addressee and Phone shipping address fields mandatory to solve the issue of these fields sometimes being left blank during order entry, causing an error with FedEx label integration during fulfillment.
