We’re looking for a workaround for the limitation in serial number length (4000 characters) and ACS are investigating using advanced bin management as this removes that limitation. Just wanted to see how much of an effect this has on the rest of the system

02/10/2021, 3:21 PMHi Angela, just my opinion - pretty awful. Others may have a different opinion, but things that i find frustrating - charging us for emails and meetings. Last week we received an email to say there’d be no meeting updating on us what they’d done, as we’d used up our hours for the month.

02/10/2021, 3:21 PMThey’ve installed bundles and modules for us that have caused us no end of pain. They spent nearly 9 months working on custom scripting, only for them to suddenly announce we could do it all using Suite approvals

02/10/2021, 3:25 PMI was under the impression that ACS was a monthly fee and you had unlimited support. Hahahahaha…I am laughing at my own naivety.

02/10/2021, 3:28 PMYou pay for a years support, which has to also include the premium support. You buy a set of hours per month, in our case we had 30, and regularly burned through those.

02/10/2021, 3:28 PMWe had to fight to get 90 of those hours back as a good will gesture from lack of delivering working items, and they’ve now burned through those too!
