Does anyone know which features benefit from adding SuiteCloud+ licenses? I know M/R or scheduled scripts, CSV import do. But does, for example, ARM process faster?

You get more connections to the account too for things like restlets. Check out suiteanswer 27415.

nothing mentions ARM though, can't see if it uses that same queues as a M/R

Honestly not sure about the ARM stuff. May have to send them an email to ask about it. If those are scripts netsuite is running in the background, i've never seen additional licenses speed that up. Its always been for "user created" scripts. Speeding something like that up may require like your own server instead of multi-tenant. I could also be totally wrong i've just not seen it.

we have standard, and 1 SC+ license, so 5 “processors”. TBH we have not noticed any massive improvements on ARM. We engaged our reps and they encouraged us to use the Performance suitebundle to investigate, but it doesnt do a good job of tracking ARM records, rather it optimizes towards custom scripts.

I have noticed since the oracle acquisition of Netsuite, that there are more ’nickle and dime” tactics. Combinations of Currency/Subsidary are capped and require expansion. # of transaction lines also require expansion. Not sure if these existed prior to Oracle, and we just suddenly grew to exceed or what. But I have a conspiracy theory that when our NetSuite was migrated to Oracle Cloud we were put on less “Compute” power. We noticed lagging performance, and also more 50x errors in our data integrations (Server not available). I feel like the standard response to this is “oh well you can upgrade to more SuiteCloud+ licenses to maybe help”. Larry needs more sailboats.
