Happy Saturday! Is there a way to report on fields never used? Is the only option to run searches and filter for blank cells on the downloads? I want to clean up some forms and am fairly certain we have unnecessary fields but need to be 100% sure.

You could try to run the Transaction Detail report as Admin. Which lists all types of transactions for the defined period. Include all the fields you wnt to check in the report builder then download to check. Or via Transaction type Saved search then put Empty as criteria for all the fields you want to check.

If a field has no value in any record it can probably be removed.

The tool StrongPoint has a good utility for this.

I agree with @Rebecca on StrongPoint. They have a free utility (and paid for versions with a lot more functionality).
