good afternoon, is there a way to standardize the customer dashboard across the organization

You will have to create the same dash for every centre type, and then deployed to every role within the different centre types. Bit of a pain, but recreating dashboards shouldnt be too time consuming once you have the reports / saved searches / KPIs etc already built.

thank you for this advice, I'm aware you can publish home dashboards across centers, is this the same process for entity dashboards - customer, prospects, leads, etc?
