Suite Ideas. is there a threshold they reach of votes before they’ll do something about it? we have an issue which we were told is an existing enhancement based on a suiteidea. When i look at the suiteidea, there’s comments from 2012

If you look at the top 3 "Top Ideas", all 3 have comments dating back to 2012. I think that tells you all you need to know. It seems to be just another stalling tactic for support to use to get rid of problem issues.

I had a solution come up for a ticket that got attached to one a few years ago in the 2019.2 release. Of course - I got the notification with very little explanation of what was going on or what client it was so I had to figure it out, but hey. They do sometimes get them resolved.

consolidated invoice was in top of the suiteideas que from early 2012. I had to build a custom solution in 2015, did pass on the schemas to one of the product manager from suite solutions team. I had one suiteidea in 2019 and they did release that in 2020.2 so that means they do sometimes looks at it

I had a team of NetSuite newbies in a room when I was being interviewed by a company that had recently gone live on NetSuite. They told me they had recently entered a number of enhancement requests into suiteideas and were looking forward to seeing them come into reality. I was taking a sip of water when they said this and almost choked. That might tell you how confident we are about SuiteIdeas
