I am having issue with Payment File Administration stuck in Queued state .. I tried everything from suiteanswer help but still stuck. Any help ?

01/12/2021, 12:23 PMEdit Payment File Administration and try moving it to Failed. Then split your payments in half to find the vendor/bill that is causing it to fail.

01/14/2021, 1:26 PM@Netsuite Tragic I moved it to failed and tried to reprocess. Still in queue. So I cancelled it to do the fresh start. Now I can't find the bills to select under transaction.
I cannot even delete the payment file administration record.

01/15/2021, 6:35 AMBit hard to step through here. I'm thinking look to see if there are Vendor Payments already created in the process. Think through the process and work back to determine up to which stage it happened. You may need an experienced (paid) hand from your consultant or reach out to NS support if you have a support plan.
